Is DLA a problem for anyone? - Perhaps it is for me...I installed one of HP's DLA versions so I could use with my DVD Writer on my HP WinXP pc. I like to use cd-rw and dvd-rw discs for daily data backups and find that it's easier to just keep the disc in the writer drive..

CD-RW Problem - Hi, My portable suddenly wont burn on CD-RW's. Works fine with CD-R's. It's able to delete the files on a CD-RW, but not write. I've tried updating my ASPI layer; both generally and in the Nero library (Uses Ahead Nero). Nero and other programs reports.

Problem Formatting CD-RW CDs - I am using Windows XP and Roxio's CD Creator 5.0 with my Polaroid Burn Max48 CD Writer. I do not have good luck in CD's. I buy CD-RW but at least half of the time they do not format and the CD is ruined. Even when I do succeed..

Nero 6.0.0.19

burns on rewritable, but not on regular CDs.

Starts burning and stops at 5%, no error reports, just spins up and down and
up and down,.....like trying something... but does not burn...

any ideas? please....
