Hello!

I bought new mainboard KV8-PRO, and it doesn't even boot . There is only
post code 9.9. (complete power off sequence). I tried with 350w PSU and did
not help.

I don't know if this is the problem, but an old 400W PSU wouldn't boot my
AMD64 3000+ system. Everything worked fine after replacing the PSU. And
the old 400W PSU is still running my AMD XP system like a charm. Need more
power?
