I'm almost finished with my very first build. I just have one more
question. The back of my CD-Rom drive has a 4-prong plug which is for
the audio. The floppy drive also has one of these 4-prong plugs. What
is it for?

The floppy drive's 4 prong connection is for power,
your power-supply will have the appropriate connector...be sure to plug it
in correctly!

NOTE: it is not the same as the 4 prong outlet on your cdrom
which you have correctly identified as audio (an will probably not be
needed)

On the CD, it is for analogue audio out and is no longer required. In
ye olden days, you'd have a lead that connected from that to a CD audio
header on a soundcard.

On the floppy drive, it's the power connector.

As a Brit I'd like to thank the Americans for their help in the war
against terror because if they'd not funded the IRA for 30 years, we
wouldn't know how to deal with terrorists.
