Post subject: How/Where to purchase overstock merchandise (computer software/electronics) from stores/manufacturers
Archived from groups: alt>comp>hardware (more info?)

I am interested in selling computer software/hardware/electronics
online, and want to buy overstock merchandise like this from retail
stores or manufacturers, but don't know where to go for that. How does
one buy a large quantity of, for example, software from companies that
are overstocked, or a new version has come out and they want to get rid
of the previous version of the software or items, which I could sell on
eBay?

I'd prefer to not purchase from other middlemen - want to purchase
directly from vendors/manufacturers.

Thanks

Google "liquidator" for starters. Let your fingers do the walking from
there.

I suspect you could not handle the volume they would dump on you.
Liquidators by huge inventories and repackage them for people like
you. Even then expect a palette full of anything you want.

Be careful of what you sell because the number one enemy of online
selling is returns.

Govt is an insult to human dignity. With or without govt,
you would have good people doing good things and evil
people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil
things, that takes govt. Govt is the root of all evil.

Just google "pallet computers" and you'll get them all!
