soyo rc350 p4 - Problem activation the dual screen!

I can't enable both the TV-out and the CRT out on my motherboard.
When I go to the ATI control panel activating the tv-out disables the
crt-out...
Is this a bug or my product is defective?

Its not a bug, and the product is not defective. I have the same motherboard that you have and despite Soyo's claims of it supporting "dual screen" it, however, does not. After emailing ATI's customer support, because Soyo's customer support never replied back, they informed me that the 9000/9100 PRO series of IGPs do not support dual video.
