Your mobo and CPU will determine if you can overclock at all. Good memory is
important as is the, PSU, case and cooling that you choose.

I don't know if there is a book (maybe Skid is working on one) but the
December issue of CPU magazine has a good article on overclocking. Also here
is a good article by "Navig", very clear, well writen instructions:

Very flattering. However, If I tried it, I would instantly be sued for
plagiarism. Every idea I regurgitate here is shamelessly stolen from so many
websites and fellow posters I can't remember them all.
