Can someone recommend a Router?

I know people with netgears and they say they suck. I know people
with this Linksys and they all love it. It works right for everyone I

out the ports to be opened otherwise i'll be a regular here

in the setup of the router, there's a section called FORWADING, that's
where you put all the ports.

Very simple.

I have Linksys and have been fairly happy with it. Biggest issue is limited
range. Had to work hard at changes to get it to connect to my daughter's
laptop in an upstairs bedroom.

It appears to me that D-Link is a bit ahead of the game with 22 MBps 802.11b
as well as other things like having a wireless repeater.

sturdier? that's a new one? how did you come to that conclusion?

just to let you know i purchased the BFSR41 when they were pre-ordering the
device. i had it replaced only once, and that was because the tech person
was feeling lazy about helping me.

it's run constantly... never had an issue. hell i've even had water fall
into it and it STILL worked!

FWIW, I had troubles with mine. Also FWIW, my Netgear router has moved
many gigabytes without incident.
