How do I disable or remove the Soyo splash screen that comes up when my
pc boots up? I can't see what version bios my board is running because
of it. I had an Intel motherboard where the splash screen was disabled
by hitting a couple of keys (I forget which ones). Can I do the same
with the Soyo Dragon Lite KT400?

Check the BIOS, there should be an option mentioning full screen logo. I
found it in the first section of the bios that covered all the features
specific to the soyo board (rather than just general bios options) like the
onboard accessories and such. It was down toward the bottom almost like
they didn't want people to notice it and disable it Wink

More likely because they knew it's not used frequently. You either
disble it or you don't--not like the FSB speed and multipliers,
frinstance, which many will futz with a lot.
