I am looking for an ATX motherboard for a server. ATX IDE Support DDR P4 No Sound No LAN except if its dual and quality. Onboard video ok. It is to go in a Linux based router. Will run Squid with heavy load. This means the CPU is going to be searching RAM a bunch. Currently use two 3com network cards. One goes to Cisco other to network. Cheapy network cards perform poorly.
