Always... most business users would just not upgrade to Vi$ta.

I guess Vi$ta would really be dumped by M$ like WinMe. Smile

Also, most biz apps would be running off a browser. The OS
is no longer an important issue.

Note that you're reading an article from two years ago. Vista's current
license has no such restrictions.
