voltage question..

i have succefully overclocked my q6600 to 3.0ghz and my idle temperature is at 38, 38, 31, 34 and loaded temp is at 52, 52, 45, 46
right now i have ran prime95 on small fft for 14 hours for no error and
ran brend for about 3 hours at no error. my voltage at 1.3125 and anything lower than that i get error on blend test on prime95 in few hours.
is this voltage ok to use? it just seems a little too high for 3.0ghz compare to other ppls.
