any registry cleaner is just taking an "educated" guess, at best, as to what
is safe to "clean" out and what is not. while having run a cleaner is
probably, at least in many cases, better than not having run one, it is
never going to be like a fresh registry that has no entries but what belongs
with the current hardware.
