Been trying to call them for several days. Not 1 number on their
website leads to an actual person. The main number, not one
department answers (nor the operator). Tech support number, you're on
hold for a long period of time, finally it rings, but it just rings
and rings and finally dumps you back out to the queue again. RMA
department, nobody answers the phone, goes to a voice mail. WTF???

I've tried 510-623-0500, 510-492-0911, and 510-492-0882.
